2. What We Collect and Why
2.1 Server access logs
When you visit our websites, our web server automatically records: IP address, User-Agent, timestamp, requested URL, HTTP status code.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest (server security and abuse prevention).
Retention: automatically deleted after 30 days.
2.2 Newsletter subscription (Stay Updated)
If you submit your email via the “Subscribe” form, we collect your email address to send product updates, benchmark results, and announcements from Netticode Oy.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — your explicit consent.
Retention: until you unsubscribe. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” in any email or by contacting info@netticode.com.
2.3 RPC early access waitlist
If you submit your email via the “Join waitlist” form, we collect your email address to notify you about Netticode RPC early access.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR — your explicit consent.
Retention: until the waitlist closes or you request removal.
2.4 Error reports (leaderboard.netticode.com)
If you submit a “Report an error” form, we collect: provider name, issue description, and optionally your email address (if provided, for follow-up only).
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest (improving the accuracy and reliability of the benchmark).
Retention: error reports are retained for up to 12 months then deleted or anonymised.
3. Third-Party Data Processors
We use the following third-party service to store collected data:
Google LLC (Google Sheets)
Purpose: storage of newsletter subscriptions, waitlist entries,
and error reports.
Location: United States.
Transfer mechanism: Google LLC participates in the EU-US Data
Privacy Framework (adequacy decision, July 10, 2023, Commission
Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795). This provides an adequate
level of data protection for transfers to the US.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any advertising or tracking technology. All website fonts are self-hosted. No cookies are set.
4. Benchmark Data
Benchmark results are derived from public Solana on-chain transaction data. On-chain transaction hashes and addresses are public by nature of the blockchain and do not constitute personal data under GDPR.
5. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Request erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
- Restrict or object to processing
- Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)
- Data portability
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
